Backup up an on premise Outsystems installation

What folder locations should be included in a backup strategy for an on premise Outsystems installation?

I would want to ensure that at least the currently published espace files are captured, and optionally, the historic ones too so we could recreate the environment.

I'm happy with SQL backup routines and our databases are backed up but want to ensure we are fully covered in case of the worst happening.

Backing up the DB takes care of you. You can take the DB, restore it, point a fresh OS install to it, republish eSpaces, and you're done. A snapshot of a VM for the app server works fine too, but again, you'll want to just republish everything to make sure it is up to date.

Ah right, so that OML files are stored within the database?

Thanks

Correct, all versions are stored in the DB. It's one of the things I really like about OutSystems, one DB backup grabs it all.
