I am using an advanced query, in which i wish to convert multiple rows into a single comma separated row.

Depends how you retrieve the data.

- if you use Oracle, then you can group by and wm_concat the stuff.
- if you already place it in 1 text in the query, you can either do a for-each loop
or use the string_join action from the Text(?) extension.
