How to obtain Service Center solution publication log

  
Hello,

In our troubleshooting we may request you to obtain the publication log of a solution publication.

In order to do this you need to:
  1. Open Service Center
  2. Go to Factory > Solutions 
  3. Select the Solution whose last publication you want to see
  4. You should see "Last solution publish report available. Click here to check." > Click there :)
  5. On the publication screen, Save the Page (Ctrl+S)
  6. Select "Web page, Complete" option

Zip and send us the resulting <name>.html file and the <name>_files directory.
