Sorry, I need a component that enables me to programmatically draw circles of a certain size, connected with links, with text messages, etc. - so as to create diagrams based on the data I have in the system.
Should be a simpler task than the above one...

outdoc has got the graphviz component inside.
with that you can make diagrams like flow-charts pretty easy.
