To what extent can you implement offline capability for dynamic forms?

Looking at the Survey app in forge (http://www.outsystems.com/forge/component/361/Survey/),
Is it possible to create forms that are rendered based on the configuration specified by the user that is stored in the DB, and allow for these dynamic forms to be available for offline access and use.

For example, the user has access to 5 different forms that has been set up in the survey design screens.
The user is able to access each form and submit an entry when in offline mode.

Hi Robbie,

It should be possible to do dynamic forms, although most of the dynamic code would need to be done with javascript, and the survey app and architecture should not be of much help. Strong jquery/javascript skills should be necessary.

As offline is itself already a technical challenge, I would start by exploring it as is, using it for more traditional static forms, and then think a bit how to evolve it for these more dynamic requirements.
