Upgrading from version 8 to 9

When upgrading to version 9 from version I got the following error installing service center:
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.Ossys_Tenant_View' with unique index 'OSIDX_OSSYS_TENANT_VIEW_9ESPACE_ID_10ENTITY_KEY_9TENANT_ID'.
The statement has been terminated.

What options do I have as workaround?

I was able to solve by by deleting every record on table Ossys_Tenant_View and repopulating it.

In general, when encountering such errors, it is advisable to contact OutSystems support. On the one hand because they are more knowledgeable about the platform, and on the other because they like to know if there are bugs in their software (and this seems like a possible one).
