Upgrading to Version 9 and this error shows up:

I restarted ISS I restarted my default web site, make sure the port is 80

http://127.0.0.1/ has ISS7 logo which is fine but
http://127.0.0.1/ServiceCenter has an error

That means in the Configuration Tool you did not click on the upgrade button in the Session tab.
