FileSystems extension has gone from an environment

Out of the sudden, FileSystems extension was somehow deleted from the environment and we tried to install it again from the Forge, we get this error message:

What can we do to restore the FileSystems extension in our environment.

Thanks.

Hi Elena,

The error message doesn't look like it's anything specific to your missing extension ..but some problem in your Service Center installation.
I would recommend you to restart your application server and try again.
If it continues, run the Configuration Tool and reinstall Service Center.

Regards,
João Rosado
Thank you, João.
I think you're right: the cause of the problem is most likely in our application server. But I cannot confirm it,  though, because we decided to setup another application server.
Anyway, thank you for very quick response.

Elena.
