Cannot access to Personal Environment

Good morning,

I don't have access to my personal environment since yesterday. When i try to connect, the platform sends a communication error saying "There was an error contacting ' Host not found."

I also don't have access to the service center. Shows a runtime error "Server error in '/CustomHandlers' Application".

Can someone help me? Need to put my personal environment up again.

May I suggest you send this request to so someone can take a look at your environment? That's the dedicated channel for issues relate with personal environments.


Allready email them and my issue is resolved. Lack of space.
