Lifetime not collecting any data

Lifetime not collecting any data

  
Since I've migrated to version 9.1.0.20 from 9.0.1.50 lifetime is not collecting any data.

In the Analytics Configuration I've production turned "ON" and it has been running for 4 days now, but not data.
Is there any additional configuration needed?

Have all environments governed by LifeTime been upgraded?

I've heard reports that turning it off and on again might do the trick, but you might want to contact support on this, so that they can ask you for more information on your environment.
