Hi all,

now i am working on Multitenancy i a have encountered a problem. On xxx.outsystemscloud.com/Users i can see the list of all users. But when i change a TenantId for one of them, this one disappears. The account is still working and can be log on  normally but i cannot add roles ect.

Could anyone tell me why this happens and explain what to do in order to see this user on a list.

Good morning Piotr,
The users exists in the scope of one tenant. This means that if you have User1 and User2 on Tenant1, if you change for Tenant 2, this users won't be listed.
