Problem in moving to a tag in same page using external url

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to move from one place to another place in the same page when user clicks a link.
To achieve this i used a link and in the destination action i have redirected to that control using the external url and passing url as "#"+"tagid".

I am able to move , but it is not moving to that exact location. Can any one advise me on how to go to that exact location.

I am attaching here the sample for reference.

Thanks
Salini
Solution
Hi Salini,

Your browser will try to move to the location, but will never scroll past the bottom of the page. So if your location is near the bottom of the page, the browser doesn't show your location at the top.
Solution
Thank you Kilian,

For futher references

To reach the required position, i changed the top of the anchor i.e.,
Look for your anchor tag,
<a name="anchorName"></a>

Replace it with this:
<div style="position:relative;">
<a name="anchorName" style="position:absolute; top:-30px;"></a>
</div>

as explained in the below link.
