Store structure between c# calls

Store structure between c# calls

Hi all,

In the beggining of the interaction on my application, I receive a big chunck of information which is going to be used through it's lifecycle.
Since the "Get" function (which parses the structure looking for a specific confition) is implemented in C# I'm always passing this structure to the C# calls which I would like to avoid. I tried creating a static property but with no luck.
Is there a way to persist data in the .NET part so I can call a "Set" method to store the information and then just use a "Get" to retrieve the filtered info?

Thanks!

Hi Pedro,

There is not, but the typical way to handle this is to have the C# code produce an output parameter of type Object (your "Set"), and to feed that object everytime you need to retrieve information (the "Get"). Thus you store the information in your OutSystems application, but the actual content is only known to your C# extension.
