Clearing System Data in Personal Environments

Clearing System Data in Personal Environments

I could not delete / clear system data which occupies 160% in my personal environment.

I tried "Check Old eSpace Versions to Delete link" but it shows "There are no eSpace versions to be deleted."

Have you followed the link about system data usage?
It doesn't say a lot, but, for instance, mentions that DB Cleaner should work.
Since the Database is almost full, deployment of DBCleaner_API also fails

Internal Error

Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.ossys_Espace_Version'.'PK_OSSYS_ESPACE_VERSION' in database 'OLJ1HV008' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup.

You can use the DB Space tool to see what tables are using up all the space. To focus on the Logs tables - and also be able to clear them, use the Logs Management tool.
Hope this helps.

Full disclamer: I built both of theese tools ;-)

Thanks for sharing the tools :)

Again it throws some error while installing Log Management (sent feedback to outsystems)
Thank god, i have installed the DB Space tool some time back.

oslog_Error_2 occupies more space. How can i clear that?

The best thing is really to ask Support to clean the oslog_Error_2 table for you, in order to clear up DB space.
With so much space occupied, it's normal to have problems publishing new eSpaces.
