System.Web.Compilation.AssemblyBuilder.Compile() Taking Time

System.Web.Compilation.AssemblyBuilder.Compile() Taking Time

Hi,
Our Customer is  using New Relic Agnet on production servers which is a performance monitoring tool and collect the data for each and every request.
Some of the requests are taking time and when we saw the New Relic log we found that all the request taking long times are showing that "System.Web.Compilation.AssemblyBuilder.Compile()"  is taking maximum time of the requests.
Our application is quite big and has around 50 espaces , we googled for this issue and found that ASP.NET compiled the website code when they are being accessed for very first time and after that it doesnt but in case of webservice it compiles them every time .
We also made some changes in website to set the "Preload=True" to avoid the dynamic compiltaion but doing this the server memory reaches to around 70% even without making a single request and than we reverted it back to "Preload=False" .
Please share if someone aware of this issue and has the solution?

Does anyone gets any luck to look into this?
