Cannot connect to Personal Environment - Timeout / Run-Time Error

  
I am unable to connect to my personal environment.

Within Service Studio, it returns a time-out message.

From the web, it returns a generic .net runtime messsage.  (internal error)

Did you tried changing the short operation timeout under preferences[Edit menu in Service Studio]
