I'm trying to make use of the email service. Ive configured my email on service center but I still do not recieve an email or error message
Can you check the "Emails" page in the Monitoring in Service Center? Does it have any email there in the log?
I apologise for taking too long I had to go meet up with another client. I do not see any email logs here

I'm receiving this error on the logs:
Error sending email 4: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 220.127.116.11:587 at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect(String hostname, Int32 port) at #Bof.#Aof.#dpf.#Aof()
That means that your server is not being able to connect to the smtp server that you configured.
Check that the hostname and ip are correct. You may need to talk to your IT team if everything looks correct.
