I am trying to call just one action that I need to Login first to get the data that I want. In this action I am using User actions "OAuth_RequestToken" and "SetJIRAToken" but no success. It gives me an error: An error has occurred while calling a service: oauth_problem=token_rejected

What is the best way, if it's possible, to login at backend?

Hello Ruben. I hope the answer is still helpful, at least for others with the same problem.

OAuth is used when you have a human (or a very well trained Golden Retriever!) trying to login to an app you developed using the JIRA Connector. Seems that your case is more a system to system integrations. In that case, I would say that your best option is to use the basic authentication available in the connector. You can simply set it in Service Center, on the connector itself, or in your consumer espace.
