"No Environment Permissions" on adding a new env to a PRD Front End running lifetime

  

Hello,

I'm trying to finalize a new setup but I'm landing in the same problem (already opened ports and check users credentials).

I get the following errors (Page + Last log entry):

"Sorry, you cannot register the Environment

This environment doesn't support the security model that is being used by Lifetime.
Upgrade this environment to OutSystems Platform 9.1.401.0 or higher, and try again."


PRD
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

DEV
Unknown user or incorrect password


Anything I might be missing?

This seems to be pretty specific to your installation, maybe reach out to support for help is the best option.

Hello,

These are 2 brand new VMs with OutSystems image in Azure, just followed the procedure, updated and opened comm between machines.
