October 28th, 2016 - Downtime in personal environments and trials

Hi all,

We’ve detected and are currently fixing an issue that is affecting some personal environments and enterprise trial infrastructures.

Symptoms associated with this issue include:

  • not being able to access your applications from your browser
  • not being able to connect to your environment from Service Studio

Note: Our Platform as a Service offering and infrastructure is not affected in any way by this issue.

This month I've had problems coming from everywhere - no break. Machines are getting more human and probably have caught some virus. That's my best theory.

It (&#!$) sure does. We're on top of it and everything should now be back to normal.

Some users reported not seeing the personal environment name correctly displayed on the Platform Home page but that's now fixed. We'll continue to monitor the infrastructures but so far, so good!
