The sidemenu on the tablet template disappears when viewing in a desktop and the screen size is larger than 1024px wide.

Is there a way to prevent this?

Hi Robbie,

The easiest way that I can think of is to find the class that is applied to menu and override the styles in your application to get the behavior you want. One thing to note in SilkUI, you may not find media queries for different behavior on different screen resolutions, but style classes for tablet screen size will have a class .tablet associated with them, for example .Header style for screen size of tablet will have style:

.tablet .Header { color:black; }

Let me know if it works for you.

Hi Robbie,

Since the application is not running on Tablet or Phone, Silk is not able to place the menu in the correct position. Using Silk Ui Mobile in Desktop applications is not supported, as it was made for Mobile devices. Using Silk UI Web with Dublin Template would solve your use case.
