Unable to deploy apps due to Environment Health Issues

  

I am not able to deploy web apps on Outsystems using my personal environment. Deployment failed with the following error:

Error message from node SERVER (127.0.0.1): Deployment failed

Deployment failed. Could not invoke ping. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()

at #tBc.#RBc.#1Bc.#UBc(String espaceName, String ptaOrTenantName)

CompModule : Broadcast Message

-Deployment worked with the bootcamp server.

-Deployment of Mobile App worked with personal server as well.

I checked the environment health and it says : “Deployment Services is broken in front-end server”. I checked for a solution in the forum, but I could not find the “restart services” option the forum post was speaking about. I am a beginner to outsystems. Any kind of suggestions are welcome.

Solution

Open a support ticket and send the detailed error message.

I did try, but it says the support portal is available only for customers. However I have dropped in a mail to [support@outsystems.com]. 

Is there anything I can do about it? Is there any way I can restart the deployment services?
