Email evaluation 

  

Team,  I'm a little confused.  I have an email set up on a schedule.  When  I set the schedule to "on publish", I get an email.  when I set it to a specific time I don't :(


The email prep datasets have data so there should be something coming out... Is there a setting I'm missing  to get the scheduler to run ?

Hi Alex ,

You can check it from service center if the timer is running or not , also you can change it schedule from service center and can check its behavior.

Service Center ---> Monitor--->Timer 

You can also see the status of the timer any error and next run schedule also from the same screen ,click on the Timer Name link to go to schedule window.
