I have a screen with ajax submit and client validation. I have some span's on the screen that are hidden because the div where they are have display:none;. But when i click the ajax submit button and the mandatory fields valdiation triggerss the span's are also getting the style "display:none;". why is this? it's because they are using the ValidationMessage class and the client side validation has a reset and put "display:none" in all before anything else?

Hi Marcelo.

Yes, it's likely that the ValidationMessage class has some special behavior, and may be hidden or shown automatically by the platform when validating forms.

I would suggest you to copy those styles to your stylesheet, but choose a different class name. That way, you won't have any surprises :)
