My personal environment is not waking up

My personal environment is not waking up

  

I created my personal environment an hour ago.  

Since then it is not waking  up, saying "Your personal environment is taking longer to provision than expected. We are actively working on the problem and you should be on your way in no time."

I have signed-out and signed-in again.

How long do i have to wait?

The same is happening to mine. Mine was recicled. It's trying to wake up for more than one hour.
