Personal Environment is not waking up

  

Hi,

My personal environment is not waking up and is giving me the following error:

"Your personal environment is taking longer to provision than expected. We are actively working on the problem and you should be on your way in no time."

I am not able to connect and get started with the tool. Please resolve this issue and/or provide some feedback.
