Feedback is not appearing in ECT_Provider

Feedback is not appearing in ECT_Provider

  

Feedback sent by user is not appearing in ect_provider, 

The record is created in the database {Feedback}, however there is no record created in {FeedbackFrame} table (is that the reason why it is not appearing?).

There is no error log in service center.

What version are you running? Where are you submitting the feedback? Which browser are you using?

Our OutSystems Platform version is 10.0.408.0, we submit feedback through the small circle at the right bottom of the browser, and it is not working for every browser.

However, feedback is working in development, test environment, except production environment.

we're experiencing the same behaviour although running a different platform version 10.0.302.0. We don't get the feedback submitted. Did you get it working?

It is a really weird behavior.

Do you have any error messages in Service Center?

Or do you use a different network configuration in those environments where the tool is not working?

There is no error messages and everything is the same.

We did not change anything but it suddenly happens.
