Cannot connect to environment on another PC


Hi fellow users,

I have Service studio version 10.0.502.0 on both my laptop and newly set up PC. I am able to connect to my personal environment on my laptop but cannot connect when using my PC. The error message says "Invalid username/password".

I thought maybe I couldn't connect to simultaneously on two machines, so I logged out from my laptop but I still got the same error message on my PC when I tried to connect.

Anyone knows how to resolve the problem?




Maybe you have some firewall blocking it on your pc?

If you can connect fine from your laptop (assuming on the same network) it must be something in your PC blocking it.
