Tables Records Line 1 and Line 2 Joined

Tables Records Line 1 and Line 2 Joined

Hi,

Is it Possible to join the Line 1 and Line 2 of a table records  in 1 row?

Like on the left side is line 1 and on the right is line 2?

Thankyou.

-Daryl

Hi Daryl,

you can access table row using their index number,

You can use like this,

Table.List[0].attribute

May be this will help you.

Hi Gopal,

Where will I put the

Table.List[0].attribute

?

thanks,

Hi,

Just add "expression"

you already have aggregate

for ex. aggregate is "GetUser" & you want to add user 1+ user 2

so expression will be

GetUser.List[0].User.Name+" "+GetUser.List[1].User.Name

this will return first rows name+ second rows name

Okay thanks, so I will access the Table row and add it to the extended properties?

Only name attribute of row1 and row2 will access

But I mean is the output of Line Count 1 and Line Count 2 is in 1 Line Count.

thanks

Hi Daryl,

Please provide more explanation. May be provide some screen print for data how you want. do you just want to show 2 records or any other idea?

Are you sure you want this behaviour in TableRecords? because it is designed to show all rows from the aggregate.

Hi,

If you use this in TableRecord then all row will return row1 name+ row2 name.

As Suraj said, we need more explanation to understand what you want exactly.

Hello Daryl,

What about the line 3? And 4? And 5? :)

Are we talking about "Table Records" widget in the Web Screen? Or your table will never have more than two lines?

Are we talking about MERGE lines?
In this case, the best option, I think, is to use the List Records widget, set the Line Separator to "none" and put your content inside a container with the width set to 6 columns, for example.

This way, you will show "pairs" of lines side by side :)

But will have to take care of the "styling"

Cheers,
