forge mobile app issue

forge mobile app issue

There is a severe issue, none of the apps from the file transfer to the pin code or customer template, non of them are working in my environment. it keeps showing error processing request in the mobile app preview mode in google chrome. The apps work only on my mobile phone web browser but not PC browser. it really strange

Hello Tom,

No, its not strange.

Assuming this is related to Chrome 61, you need to install latest version of Silk Ui, templates, etc, and refresh everything (all apps that relay on them).

We did this and is everything working.

Cheers

Updates that broke something (like is the case) usually are this annoying...

check out this. this is from silk ui website itself . same old problem

Hello Tom,

I can access the Customer preview in my Chrome (latest version) without any problem.

As this is not an application you did, I'll say that you have a problem with your browser.
Can be a setting or something else.

You should try to reinstall Chrome on your machine.

If you try to access those sites from a different machine (like I'm doing now), you will not have any problem, I'm pretty sure.

Cheers,
