[Sizing Outsystems Plataform] Company missing error, but user account has company

My user account has the company correctly defined (i can access to other sizings of my company properly).

I'm getting the error message creating new sizing... 

Any help please?

I have never had that error. Like you said It looks like a account configuration problem, but if everythings seems fine, you should open a OutSystems support case.

As João mentioned, the best way to solve this should be by opening a support case on our Support Portal.

On the case please let us know the email address that you are using to login to the Sizing Tool.
