Problems in action RichMailSend

  

Hi,

I am using action RichMailSend from Richmail extension for sending mail.

But mails are not being sent. I get error message that "

Recipient's Domino Directory entry does not specify a valid Notes mail file"

Please advise how should I avoid this error.

I am also using RichMail and able to send mail i am using below step:


Step-1: Create RichMailCreate


Step-2: Check SMTP Authenticate




Step-3: If not Authenticate then do the Authentication



Step-4: Finally sending the mail:

I am using our company`s SMTP.

I am remembering this extension is having some problem, I corrected it and using if you want i can provide you modified extension which is working at my end.

The RichMail extension is a system component that you can't modify, so I'm not sure how you can have a modified version???

Hi,

This action was failing because mail account to which I am sending mails had problems to receive emails from the SMTP server from which I am sending email. Mails are going to other accounts. So IT team is working on that account why it is not accepting mails.

Thanks for reporting back Suraj. Sending e-mail from random SMTP servers can be a bit of a problem, as you easily get black-listed as a spammer when sending large quantities, or use some other characteristics that trigger a spam warning somewhere...
