Moved Authentication to AD, now cannot access users

  

Oh what have I done-

Changed authentication to AD and now cannot login to view my uses or change it back.

What can I do?

Enterprise,  did in it our enterprise users XXXoutsystems.com/users


Solution

Hi Andrew,

If you can not enter in the Users application, with any user, to change the authentication method, and if you can enter Service Center, then:

  • Open Service Center
  • Go to Factory -> Espaces
  • Search for Users
  • Click on the Users Module
  • Click on Tenants
  • Click on Users (Default Tenant)
  • In the Site Properties set the UseActiveDirectoryLogin (Users) to False.

That should do it. Tell me if is does not solve your issue.
