No solution found?   I just ran into this today, on-premise OS 11

I have the same issue with on-premise OS 11.  Hope a solution has been found :(

I found a work around, albeit an odd one.   I imported the project from the Outsystems Mobile app training into our enterprise environment.   Once I published it the Native Platform tab started working in all of the mobile applications on in our environment.   I'm not sure if that will work for you, but you might give it a try.
