Hello everyone,

Just want to ask, if you experienced of having a zero bytes on destination folder after moving the file.

We already check the account that we are using and  it has a full access both on source and destination folder.

Please help us on this issue because sometimes it is working

Thanks

Hello Ariel

Maybe it is a folder permission issue.

The OSruntime user must have write permissions to the folder, but you said you already tested it?

Probably you need to grant access permissions to IIS_IUSRS user in both folders. It's just a guess, but try it.

Cheers

Cláudia

Hi Claudia,

We're on the same team with Ariel. We already granted access permission to IIS_IUSRS user in both folders source and destination but same results and it happened intermittently some files are downloadable some are not.

Any other solution for this issue?

Thanks in advance!

HI Ariel\Ryan,

Instead using FileMove action try to do it in 3 steps

1. Read File from source  using File_ReadText  action from FileSystem extension .

2. Write File To Destination using File_WriteText action  from FileSystem extension.

3. Delete File from source using File_Delete action from FileSystem extension..

This will at least ensure that there is no issue with permission if it works fine .
