text input on web application

Hi,

The return key is captured by the platform and then interpreted. In my case it seems to send it to the next nearest button widget.

The trouble is, I'd like users to be able to use the return key to insert a new line char in the text field. If anyone knows a good way to enable users to do this I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Danny

Sorry, I immediately answered my own question - you just need to set the line height to more than one and enters are captured by the text box and interpreted as carriage returns, so all is well!
