Unable to connect cloud personal environment

  


I am getting below attached error while connecting to cloud environment from outsystem sudio. Cloud account is active. Please help to resolve this issue. 

  There was an error contacting 'noriko-okuda.outsystemscloud.com':
  Host not found.

the state of my personal environment by visiting

applications --- OutSystems NOW 1.0
                 Silk UI Mobile 1.0
Environments --- noriko-okuda.outsystemscloud.com
                 Development   Platform health is OK
                 Servers       1 server
                 Database      157 MB used out of 2 GB
