We are self-hosting OutSystems and
When publishing the Lisbon Theme, some missing references are noted.
Also, Template_Lisbon and Template_Website in Lisbon Theme application present with errors.
Is there a way to add these missing references, or am I missing something?

You have to deploy Silk UI Web as well.

After doing it republish Lisbon Template and those warnings won't show up anymore.
