I tried to access my environment but, when I do it, I get the indication that my environment is asleep.

I used the environment this morning, therefore, I believe there was a bug in Service Studio.

I don't know about the bug, but you can wake it by login to, then find awake button somewhere in Platform tab -> Home -> Personal Environment.
