DebuggerEvents error in Production Environment

Hello

I got the following error in service center, in Production environment:  The file '/<ModuleName>/_debuggerEvents.ashx' does not exist.

We are using Platform version 10.0.705.0.

The running mode of the environment is "Production", so nobody is debbugging in that environment.

The error is occuring for only one module, always the same. But occurs hundreds of times.

Anyone has any clue why this error is being presented in a Production environment?

Thanks in advance.

Cláudia

Hi Claudia

Is an on-prem or cloud installation?

Nonetheless, I recommend you to open a support ticket reporting this issue so that the team can engage with you directly and help on troubleshooting the problem.

Solution

Hi Vera

Is an on-prem installation.

The error is not occurring anymore, but I was trying to understand the reason.

If it occurs again, we will open a support ticket.

Thank you.

Solution

Hi,

For future reference, this error happen to us also in P11, so that error happens when

"his is usually indicative that there is a Service Studio currently connected to the Production environment with the Debug mode enabled. Because Production environments do not allow for debugging, by default, this error is triggered."

Since we did not have debug active and they give us an IP that was in my location i restarted my router and the error stooped.

Thanks
