Twilio is dead, I'm trying open twilio mobile or twilio utilites and does not work.

Alberto,

Download the Twilio.Video.Mobile-1.0.1.oap and then open it on the Service Studio and publish.

Hi João,

I did it but it hangs at this point.

Thanks

Hi Alberto,

The Twilio Video Mobile eSpace is to large to open directly from the Service Studio, due to an embeded framework, so what you need to do is download it to your computer from Service Center and then double click it.

Thanks,

Hugo

Hi João,

Could you tell me the specs of the mobile device you are using, if it was a front facing camera or just a back camera, that sort of thing.

Thanks,

Hugo

Yes, but my environment is working except twilio.

Instead of installing directly from the forge. Download the .oap file from the forge and 1-click publish it through Service Center.

Let me know if it works or not.

Thanks,

Hugo

Outsystems has error when i'm trying open: "The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (33554432) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element."

That error is because the eSpace is too big to be opened in Service Studio.

Go to https://<your environment>/ServiceCenter

Then go to 'Applications' -> Upload & Publish

Thanks

Hey João,

From what i understand, you'll need a mobile device with a front facing camera for this to work.

Thanks,

Hugo
