Hello Rajesh,

Just give to the Admin the SuperUser role. It will have all roles in the system.

Cheers

hi eduardo

thanks to reply me,

admin is not able to login user module,

how do  i give superuser role, with out login into user module

Hi Rajesh,

You need to create some code in a timer or a in a button on a test screen. That code needs to query the table Role for the role with name UserManager and add a entry to the Table User_Role with the id of your user and the id of that role. This way your user will have the role needed to access users. Instead of the role UserManager you also can use SuperUser.

Regards,

Marcelo

Hello Rajesh,

You can also go to:

<your_env>/servicecenter -> select the Users espace and run the timer "GrantAllRolesToAdmin"

Cheers

hi henrique

this my timer

do i have to create new timer now?

Hi Rajesh,

The timers of the Users espace, not your own espace.

You need to go to service center -> select Users espace -> timers -> GrantRolesToAdmin

Cheers

what i did is by using user clone module i created new user then i grant usermanger role to him.

i login user module with that new user  then i searched admin username i got admin then i assign all roles to him.
