In the past 24 hours, the following error has made its appearance on our front-end servers: [OSPROD].DBO.[OSUSR_ZDL__MLDEVICETYPE_LEN] with key 0 was not found

We have a self-hosted setup with 3 environments: DEV, UAT, PROD. The error presents across all three environments.

We have confirmed that no developers published anything, and no infrastructure changes were effected in the last 48 Hours.

Has anyone else experienced this perhaps?

This is preventing users from logging on and working as they would normally do.

That table is from the WebPatterns eSpace, part of SilkUI. Can you post the entire error stack?

Solution

We managed the find the root of the evil. 

It seems that the user sessions in the session table have become stale. 

We cleared out all three tables in the session database and everything appears to be back to normal.
