I'm getting an error in terms of SMTP configuration. First if I don't have username and password entered, it will give me "Unable to relay" error message
But if I entered credentials, i get this error.
I know for a fact the our SMTP is working since it's being used by our other applications/systems. No problem as well with the credentials entered. From forums here, one suggested to remove username and password and it worked for him, but for me, it didn't work. Hope you can provide assistance the soonest. Thanks.

Hi Benjie,
You might need to check at your exchange sever whether the IP of your web-server is allowed to send the emails or not.
You may need to add this IP in the relay server .
