RichMail HttpGet Error

Hello.

I'm getting this error when the RichMail HttpGet runs:

[1] The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
   at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
   at OutSystems.NssRichMail.CssRichMail.MssHttpGet(String ssUrl, String& ssContent)
at ssGPCE_Relatorios.RssExtensionRichMail.MssHttpGet(HeContext heContext, String inParamUrl, String& outParamContent)

[2] Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
   at System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Read(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size)
   at System.Net.PooledStream.Read(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size)
at System.Net.Connection.SyncRead(HttpWebRequest request, Boolean userRetrievedStream, Boolean probeRead)

[3] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
   at System.Net.Sockets.NetworkStream.Read(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size)

I copied the url I use as HttpGet input and it works fine. I can see what I want to see. But when the code runs, it get the error descripted.

This worked before and nothing on our side was changed.

Can you please help me understand this error?

Thank you all.

Hi Pedro,

Do you have any images in the e-mail and specified that they must be included in the e-mail?

Hi.

Thanks for the fast reply!

Yes, I have an image in the e-mail.

I also tested it and when I put the image url in my browser, I can acess it.

I have this...

"<img src='http://" + Site.ServerName + "/" + "imageFolder" + "/img/logo.png' />"

And when I used it, I can see the logo.

Hi Pedro,

It's not important whether you can access the URL, but whether the server can :). But you can quickly test whether this is the problem by leaving out the img tag, and see whether you still got the problem then.
