Well I do not know where to ask this and since I get no reply from certification@outsystems.com, here it goes.

I failed in the Support - Level 1 test (yes, it's possible!) and now I don't have it available anymore. how can I have it available again?

That's the only one missing to have all level 1 tests passed.
