Hello Janarthanan

I don't know any "Pentaho_Kettle_Extension". And looking in the forge for pentaho or kettle bring nothing. It seems that this is not something it is in forge, or that it is not with this name.

Could you be more specific about what you're using?

Cheers.

We are using oracle database and it is connecting from service center but when we executed through application (developed in outsystems) its showing invalid username and password .

We could not able to find the rootcause.

what would be the possible reason for this . It would be great help if you provide any suggestion .

Note : its a independent module extension not forge

thanks

Hello Janarthanan

If it is an extension you did, first thing is to check if you're using the right connection for the extension. Check it in the Service Center. Also, check that the connection is working. You can test it. But I would say that it will not, as the error seems that the user or the password is not correct.

Other than that, you have to investigate the extension. How it is trying to access the database? Did you used the Wizzard to import the entities or did you set them by hand?

Cheers.
