Solution

Hi Ricky,

You have several chat solutions for Web, not sure if any satisfy your requirements, as I can't find any "chat group" mobile component on the forge (although ShoutSystems shows in the search results):

Hope this helps!

Hai Jorge,

Is it possible to create a group chat of this component  In-App Chat Mobile

Jeyasri

Hello Jeyasri,

I just went through the Web component's page and followed the SilkUI website link to this documentation page that seems to show it is possible to have more than one person in a chat.

Followed the same procedure for the Mobile component's page, through the the SilkUI website until I reached this equivalent documentation page that also shows how to retrieve the list of people in a chat.

Hope these links help you out.

Hi Jorge,

I want to create the group chat in web component, then Same group visible the mobile, I want to chat between the two component(like mobile and web), It is possible

the two components use the same core functionality, so I'd say it is possible to have the same chat between mobile and web applications.

Thanks for the reply,

I want add the selected users in my group chat can you please help me

Hi Jeyasri,

From what I can see in the documentation, when you add the InAppChat pattern, it will automatically add itself to the conversation channel.

So, for these components, only users that are seeing the InAppChat pattern on their screens will be on the chat. I believe the scenario you are describing will require you to build your own patterns and functionality (you can use these components as source for inspiration and reuse most of their functionality though).
