How to access errors log from Service center older than the past 10 days?

How to access errors log from Service center older than the past 10 days?

  

Service Center -> Monitoring -> Errors. 

In Errors log, I can see logs for the past 10 days only. How to access the logs which are older than past 10 days?  What happens to them?
