Hi Jeanne,

For this error, you need to refresh the Patterrns_TH  Dependences after clicking on yes.

Hi Jeanne,

In service center navigate to Patterrns_TH espace and try to publish it form there. After that manage dependences and refresh them.

Hi Jeanne Anggraini,

Did you check at Service Center, Tab Monitoring -> Error, the stack error log?

As it was told here, you can have screen permission problems, or other dependencies broken.

Let us know if you resolved this problem.

Nelson

People,

I appreciate you're trying to help here, but let's get a few things straight:

  1. Outdated, and even incompatible, reference will not always lead to an error. In fact, the mostly shouldn't!
  2. The error shown on the Screen ("There was an error processing your request") is not the same error as "The module has incompatible or missing dependencies". The former is a runtime error, the latter a design-time error.
  3. Jeanne, the original poster, seems to not understand some essential things about the Platform, e.g. where to check for details about a runtime error (Service Center) and what it means to have "incompatible or missing dependencies". I would advise them to seek knowledge about these subjects, e.g. through the online training or documentation.
  4. Even though this error might very well be caused by missing priviliges, advising a user to just check the Anonymous role is very bad advise. Checking "Anonymous" means everyone with access to that webpage can see or alter the data, which may be a huge security problem.

That said, the original post was from 10 October, and the OP hasn't replied since, and most likely hasn't got this problem anymore, so I'd want to ask you to leave this topic alone now, until the OP reports back with additional questions. Thanks.
